SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

SPARKLING CHERRY 

• Add 1 part Cherry Shrub Syrup to 5 parts soda water 
• Adjust to taste. Serve with ice and a sprig of mint.

STARRY NIGHT

• 60ml Cognac
• 45ml Cherry Shrub Syrup
• 30ml ounces red vermouth
• 2.5ml Pernod
• 3 dashes chocolate bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice and then strain into chilled coupe glass. Serve.
